This is the workout program that Aleksandr Beziazykov aka SCHOOLBOY uses in 2025. His training is divided in PULL day and PUSH day.

Workout A: PULL

 Standing Barbell Bicep Curl 3 sets of 6-12

 


 Hammer Curl with Strap 3 sets 6-12

 

Table Side Press from High Cable with Rolling Handle: 3 sets of 8 - 12

 




Rising Back and Side Pressure with Strap through Knuckles: 3 sets of 10 - 15

 




High Pronation Curl through Cable: 3 sets of 10 - 15

 



 Reverse Barbell Curl 3 sets of 10 - 15

 



 

WORKOUT B: PUSH

Bench Press: Pyramid sets of 8 - 6 - 4 - 2 - 1 (last set being maximum effort)

 




 Standing Overhead Press: Pyramid sets of 8 - 6 - 4 - 2 - 1 (last set being maximum effort)

 



Side Pressure with Wrist Wrench from High Cable: 3 sets of 10 - 15

 




 Internal Rotation from low Cable with Wrist Wrench 3 sets of 10 - 15

 





 Wrist curl with containment handle from high cable: 3 sets of 12 - 15

 



 Wrist curl with wrist wrench from high cable: 3 sets of 12 - 15
